An old Howard Johnson hotel has been reimagined and converted into a Seniors living residence focused on assisted living and memory care. We came in to complete a full finishes and fixtures package to bring this property a luxurious yet comfortable look and feel. A place anyone would be happy to call home. The main floor features many common spaces including a piano lounge, library and bistro. The walls are adorned with historical photos from the area to bring a sense of familiarity to the space even if you had never stepped foot in it before. All suites are spacious with three-piece baths, kitchenettes and generous sized living area. The finishes are neutral tones with wood laminate floors throughout and light cabinetry leaving it open to residents to make it their own.
